Position Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive and strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for all financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company. This is a hands-on leadership role for a metrics-driven, process-oriented finance executive who thrives in high-growth, global environments. The CFO will build and scale robust financial infrastructure, from budgeting and forecasting to policy development and multi-currency reporting, while serving as a key voice in strategic decision-making and investor relations

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all financial matters
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with PE investor expectations and growth objectives
- Lead, mentor and build out a finance team
- Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the board and PE investors
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
- Own the annual budgeting process and rolling financial forecasts across all geographies
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and revenue growth projections
- Establish KPIs and financial dashboards to track company performance against targets in real time
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis with actionable insights
Metrics & Process Excellence
- Design, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks
- Define and track core business metrics, burn rate, and margin profile
- Drive adoption of financial systems and tools that enable scale and operational efficiency
- Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making across business units
Policy Development & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide financial policies including: Global travel and expense policy, Sales commission and incentive compensation plans, Procurement and vendor management policy, Approval authority matrix and spending controls
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations across all operating jurisdictions (US and abroad)
- Oversee tax strategy, transfer pricing, and statutory reporting
- Partner with legal counsel to manage contracts, insurance, and corporate governance matters
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee all accounting functions including GL, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Growth & Strategic Initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to evaluate pricing strategies and new market opportunities
- Support PE-driven strategic initiatives
- Lead financing strategy including debt, equity, and credit facility management
- Prepare the company for future growth milestones including potential exit events or additional fund raising
Qualifications & Experience
- Required10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO, VP Finance or Corporate Controller
- Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company (insurance, PropTech, FinTech, or real estate tech preferred)
- Experience operating within a private equity-backed environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale financial infrastructure from the ground up
- Strong track record of implementing financial policies, processes, and controls
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity consolidations
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Preferred: CPA, CFA, or MBA
- Experience with global payroll and HR-finance partnership in distributed teams
- Familiarity with Israeli, South American or Central American regulatory environments
- Proficiency with modern financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Anaplan, or similar)
- Background in real estate or construction industry verticals
