About the Role
As a Trainee in Purchasing & Sales Operations, you will be fully supported as you learn the ropes of international sourcing, order management, and client coordination. Working closely with our experienced team, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of our business — from ERP systems and supplier negotiations to logistics and client presentations.
Your Responsibilities
You will be introduced to and gradually take ownership of the following tasks:
▸ Assisting with the processing of sales and purchase orders in our ERP system
▸ Supporting the preparation of quotations, invoices, and client presentations
▸ Learning to source new products and assist in managing supplier relationships
▸ Helping to monitor deliveries and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
▸ Maintaining and updating product and supplier databases
▸ Providing general administrative support across the team
Your Profile
▸ Completed or vocational training in a business-related field (purchasing or similar)
▸ First practical experience through internships or part-time work is a plus — but not required
▸ Fluent English (spoken & written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
▸ Comfortable with MS Office; any experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is a bonus
▸ Highly organised, eager to learn, detail-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player
▸ International mindset and genuine interest in the luxury goods or maritime sector
