What You'll Own
- Revenue Operations: Track opportunities through the pipeline, drive timely follow-ups across teams, and support leadership with forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery - ensuring customer commitments translate into smooth, on-time execution.
- Business Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards across revenue, delivery, and operations to enable faster, sharper decision-making.
- Customer Success: Monitor customer health and engagement, and stay on top of renewals and key milestones to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
- Founder's Office Projects: Partner directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives - building processes, systems, and automations that improve how the company runs.

Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate - B.Tech (Tier 1-2 engineering colleges).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
- Good with presentations - proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work.
