About The Role – Revenue Operations Technical Analyst
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of Revenue Operations. The Revenue Operations Business Partner team is the strategic engine for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, ensuring our revenue-generating departments operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. We partner directly with leadership to execute their strategic vision while keeping our sales tools, data, and processes running smoothly.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Technical Analyst to own the technical execution layer of our RevOps strategy. This role is designed for a process-oriented professional who possesses a foundational technical background and a strong desire to scale their skills in automation, systems building, and GTM architecture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will take the lead on managing system configurations, building out automated workflows, and troubleshooting integration issues so our team can execute processes faster and remain agile. You will collaborate closely with Sales and IT Business Systems leaders, giving you a direct runway to expand your expertise into enterprise-grade automation and GTM strategy.

What You’ll Do
- System Administration & Enhancement: Execute day-to-day configuration changes, report building, and system optimizations within Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools.
- Workflow Automation: Collaborate with IT partners to design, build, and maintain automated data flows and business process integrations using middleware tools (like Workato).
- Business Partnership: Act as the technical translator for the RevOps Business Partner team, turning business process requests into functional system specifications and workflows.
- Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Monitor system integrations, diagnose bugs, troubleshoot user errors, and implement proactive data hygiene solutions.
- Process Documentation: Author and maintain technical process maps, system architecture diagrams, and release notes to ensure team alignment and smooth change management.
- Project Execution: Autonomously run assigned system improvement projects, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance before deployment.
Must-Have Skills
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a Business/Systems Analyst role, ideally within a Tech/SaaS environment.
- Technical Foundation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration (building flows, managing fields, page layouts, and user permissions).
- Automation & Logic: Practical understanding of workflow logic, relational databases, or APIs.
- GTM Awareness: A solid baseline understanding of sales team structures, the end-to-end customer lifecycle, and standard Go-to-Market processes (e.g. territory alignment, pipeline management or forecasting).
- Project Management & Autonomy: Proven ability to manage mid-sized operational projects independently from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, an eye for process optimization, great documentation habits, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and Gainsight is a strong plus.
- Experience with or exposure to Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) middleware tools (like Workato) is highly desirable.
