Role Purpose
Responsible for driving business operations, cross-functional coordination, process governance, and execution tracking across departments to ensure achievement of business goals, operational efficiency, and management priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Projects, Finance, Procurement, and support functions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Track business priorities, departmental deliverables, timelines, and action closures.
- Monitor order execution, project progress, billing milestones, and operational risks.
- Prepare and maintain management MIS, dashboards, KPI reports, and business review updates.
- Identify process gaps, improve workflows, and implement operational controls.
- Drive follow-ups on key decisions, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership with data analysis, reporting, and business performance insights.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, approval workflows, and governance systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong business coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of sales, projects, finance, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, MIS, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience: 8–12 years in Business Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Operations Management.
