Chief Financial Officer:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual. The CFO will oversee accounting, finance, internal audit, facilities, and administration functions. This role will work closely with senior management and the Board to provide accurate financial information, support decision-making, and help ensure the Bank's continued financial strength and operational effectiveness.
Key tasks:
· Maintain internal books and finances.
· Analyze financial transactions.
· Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts, and other key management reports to gain an understanding of the financial state of the bank.
· Assist management with the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
· Measure, analyze, identify, and drive improvement in business revenue, process efficiencies, cost reductions, and customer experience.
· Assist with vendor reviews and selection in insurance, operations, technologies, and physical facilities.
· Ensure the accounting records and internal controls meet sound business practices, and regulatory, audit, and legal requirements.
· Additional projects and tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
