We are seeking a proactive, detailed, and strategic Director of Finance to manage our company's financial planning, operational reporting, and overall financial strategy. Working closely with the CEO in our office, you will be responsible for maintaining sound financial health, keeping a close eye on spending, managing tax readiness, and establishing structures that support sustainable company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to drive company financial strategy, cash flow management, and long-term planning.
- Monitor operational spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain tight budget oversight.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to track key business metrics and performance.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, preparation, and reporting in coordination with external tax professionals.
- Manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping operations within QuickBooks and supporting systems.
- Build internal controls and financial processes to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, or corporate finance management.
- High proficiency in QuickBooks and standard accounting/financial software.
- Strong familiarity with corporate tax requirements, operational budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical abilities, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and collaborate directly with executive leadership.
Pay: From $2,000.00 per week
