About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially driven RevOps Specialist to own our customer renewal lifecycle. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and driving revenue retention across our SaaS customer base.
The ideal candidate understands subscription businesses, is comfortable interacting with enterprise clients, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Renewal Management
● Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts.
● Proactively initiate renewal discussions well before contract expiry.
● Prepare and share renewal proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
● Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of the renewal process.
● Maintain high renewal rates while minimizing churn.
Customer Relationship Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
● Act as the primary commercial point of contact during the renewal cycle.
● Understand customer goals, product adoption, and business requirements.
● Address commercial concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Revenue Growth
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional modules, AI features, or higher subscription plans.
● Work closely with teams to maximize account expansion.
● Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
● Contribute towards Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
Revenue Operations
● Maintain an accurate renewal pipeline and forecast upcoming renewals.
● Ensure CRM and internal systems are updated with renewal status, commercial terms, and customer information.
● Track key renewal metrics including renewal rate, churn, expansion revenue, and forecast accuracy.
● Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups related to renewals.
Desired Candidate Profile
● 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Sales.
● Mandatory experience working with a B2B SaaS company.
● Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Comfortable managing enterprise customers and commercial conversations.
● Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret revenue metrics.
● Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.
