Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize fiscal performance across all departments. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to ensure long-term fiscal stability and growth.
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including corporate accounting, non-profit accounting, governmental accounting, and technical accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP.
- Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and revenue cycle management to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage risk assessment activities by implementing internal controls in accordance with COSO frameworks and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations.
- Supervise treasury management functions including cash flow analysis, expense control, cost management, and supply chain finance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, interpret complex data for senior leadership, and communicate insights effectively to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements including IAS standards, ASC 606 revenue recognition rules, and other statutory filings.
- Drive business development initiatives through market analysis, mergers & acquisitions activities, and strategic partnerships to expand organizational impact.
- Lead a high-performing finance team by providing mentorship in areas such as payroll management, cost control, financial modeling, tax accounting, and risk management. Experience
- Proven experience as a senior financial executive with extensive supervisory responsibilities in diverse sectors such as corporate finance or non-profit organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, financial report writing and interpretation, profit & loss management, and strategic planning.
- Strong background in managing complex budgets, forecasting models, and revenue management systems using advanced financial software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks including IFRS, GAAP, IAS standards, COSO internal controls, and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidelines.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices and supply chain finance is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with excellent negotiation abilities to support business development efforts.
