A fast growing fintech is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support its expanding commercial function.
Working closely with Sales leadership, you'll help improve sales performance through stronger forecasting, pipeline visibility and reporting.
This is a hands on role focused on driving sales effectiveness, optimising CRM adoption and providing the insight needed to support continued growth across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support sales leadership with forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
- Own CRM effectiveness, driving data quality, adoption and reporting accuracy.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility of sales activity, pipeline health and conversion.
- Analyse sales performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Improve sales processes, operating rhythms and reporting to drive greater consistency and accountability.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to improve commercial processes and reporting.
- Create greater visibility across the customer journey, from lead generation through to onboarding and client activation.
Candidate profile
- Previous experience in a Sales Operations role supporting a B2B sales organisation.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and sales performance analytics.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
- Ability to translate commercial data into meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience within fintech, payments, FX, banking or another fast-paced B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
