Prospera Executive is undertaking a Chief Revenue Officer search on behalf of a private equity-backed digital infrastructure platform entering its next phase of growth and commercial expansion.
The business has established itself as a leading platform in a highly fragmented market and, following significant investment from a leading global infrastructure investor, is entering its next phase of accelerated growth. Through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, the company is building a national footprint and is seeking an experienced commercial leader to help scale the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer will lead all commercial functions across the organization and play a central role in delivering the company's ambitious growth agenda.
Core priorities:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate organic revenue growth across existing and new markets.
- Build and lead a high-performing national sales organization focused on enterprise customers and strategic channel relationships.
- Strengthen key customer partnerships while expanding revenue opportunities through cross-selling and broader service adoption.
- Drive commercial excellence across sales operations, forecasting, pricing, pipeline management and revenue analytics.
- Partner closely with the executive team and private equity sponsor to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives, including the commercial integration of acquisitions.
- Recruit, develop and scale a best-in-class commercial leadership team capable of supporting the next phase of growth.
Strong candidates will have:
- A proven track record leading enterprise sales and commercial strategy within digital infrastructure or other recurring revenue, B2B services businesses.
- Experience scaling a high-growth, private equity-backed organization through a period of rapid expansion.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to large enterprise customers through consultative, relationship-driven sales.
- Strong commercial and operational leadership with experience building scalable sales organizations, processes and performance management disciplines.
- Experience integrating acquired businesses and creating a unified go-to-market strategy is highly desirable.
- An analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to operate as a strategic partner to both the CEO and the Board.
