Job Title: AI & Data Business Operations Support Analyst

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 1 day on-site per fortnight
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
The Role:
- Support the day-to-day coordination of operational and administrative activities across the practice.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting information to support business decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, internal communications, and business documentation.
- Provide scheduling support and respond to internal stakeholder requests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to project delivery, data analysis, and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administration, business support, data processing, or analyst position.
- Previous experience within a technology-focused consultancy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking with a solution-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
