We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a remote Deal Desk Analyst/Renewals role with a San Francisco Bay Area client. This role is primarily focused on validating and consolidating billing information from various sources, and uploading this data into the Oracle ERP system using web-based tools. The individual will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the efficient management of billing information within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently upload consolidated data into Oracle ERP using web-based tools
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing information obtained from diverse sources
Consolidate validated data into predefined Excel templates
Collaborate effectively with team members to seamlessly integrate billing information into the ERP system
Maintain meticulous documentation of validation processes and data entry activities
Identify and communicate proactively about any discrepancies or issues encountered during validation and data entry
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with data consolidation and manipulation
Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
Proficiency in billing and understanding of billing functions
Proficiency in Oracle database management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
