Acunor is Hiring: Sr. Program Manager – Nextgen CPQ
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Contract: 12+ Months

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Nextgen CPQ platform initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and enterprise transformation programs in complex global environments.
🔹 Lead end-to-end program delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder management
🔹 Establish strong governance frameworks and executive reporting processes
🔹 Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams
🔹 Drive technology transformation and enterprise-wide rollouts
🔹 Monitor program performance, financials, and delivery outcomes
Must Have Skills
✔ 5+ years leading Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, ARM, or Salesforce transformation programs
✔ Strong Program Management and stakeholder management experience
✔ Experience managing implementation partners and vendors
✔ Experience driving enterprise technology change and adoption
✔ Ability to build business cases and present to executive leadership
Preferred Skills
Pharma or Life Sciences industry experience
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong governance, risk management, and financial tracking experience
