- Minimum of 20+ Years in service delivery and customer outcomes in Operations with hands on experience of managing business lending operations
- In-depth knowledge of GCC banking regulations, compliance standards and risk factors
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of handling evolving landscapes
- Experience of coaching and developing teams and managers
- Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or certifications

Key Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for BDSB delivered from NAB India, ensuring strong performance against service, quality, risk, and productivity outcomes
- Deliver a consistent focus on customer and banker experience, reducing friction, improving turnaround times, and enabling reliable execution across operational processes
- Build and sustain a strong risk and control environment, with clear ownership of operational risk, issues management, compliance obligations, and resilience planning
- Partner closely with onshore business, product, service, and risk stakeholders to align operational delivery with strategic priorities and evolving business needs
- Drive transformation and continuous improvement, including digitisation, process simplification, workflow optimisation, and improved use of data and AI-enabled solutions where relevant
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team and broader colleague population, building depth, engagement, and future-ready capability
- Support NAB India’s broader agenda by contributing to cross-functional collaboration, people leadership, and enterprise change outcomes
