Chief Financial Officer – Multi-Location Healthcare Services
Our client is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, multi-location healthcare services business that is well positioned to achieve significant growth. The company is well capitalized and plans to leverage favorable market trends and growth opportunities across its specific niche market. We seek an operationally savvy Chief Financial Officer to be a strategic and tactical business partner with the leadership team as a key contributor towards the ongoing growth of the business.
This position requires a finance professional who understands the nuance of multi-site healthcare, is highly analytical and will serve as the architect of the company’s financial and accounting infrastructure. You will be mandated to lead the charge to focus on and drive the levers of the business and to translate blue prints and strategic plans into actionable outcomes.
The CFO must be a very hands-on leader, directly involved in all growth initiatives including de novo projects and acquisition/integration activity and will be a player-coach within the finance and accounting team. Experience within the context of a rapidly scaling environment and previous multi-site health care services experience is highly desirable.
