Job Summary
Legends Gaming, one of the operating branches of Minard Enterprises, is a fast-growing company in Georgia's Class B Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) industry. We are seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to build the finance function. The CFO will own finance, accounting, capital strategy, and M&A as the company executes an aggressive multi-year growth plan.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the finance function from the ground up: accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and reporting
- Establish financial systems, controls, and processes appropriate for a rapidly scaling organization
- Develop and execute capital strategy, including debt facilities and equity raises
- Manage M&A pipeline end-to-end: diligence, valuation, structuring, financing, and integration
- Hire and scale the finance and accounting team
- Deliver board- and investor-grade financial reporting
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and the Georgia Lottery Corporation
- Partner directly with the Founder/CEO on strategic planning and execution
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with prior experience at a high-growth or early-stage company
- Prior CFO, VP Finance, or senior #2 finance experience preferred
- Hands-on operator — comfortable building from zero, not just managing an existing team
- Proven M&A experience, ideally in a roll-up or acquisition-driven growth model
- Capital markets exposure across debt and equity (venture, growth equity, or private credit)
- Experience in a regulated industry (gaming, lottery, fintech, cannabis, or similar) preferred; COAM experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and a fast-paced growth environment
- Base Salary: $300,000
