Titan Talent Partners is leading a confidential North America CFO search for a private equity-backed portfolio company.
Reporting to the North America CEO, you will lead finance for a $400m+ business. Your remit will be to bring acquired businesses, teams, systems and processes together, improve financial performance and develop the finance structure needed for continued growth.
Global Business Services (GBS) and offshore finance experience is essential
We’re looking for proven experience leading a finance function within professional services or third-party administration (TPA), where some activities are delivered by teams in India or another offshore location through shared services, Global Business Services (GBS) or an outsourcing partner.
You do not need to have established the operation. What matters is your experience working across onshore and offshore teams, with accountability for service quality, performance and financial controls.
The role
As the CEO’s finance partner, you will work closely with business leaders on profitability, cash, investment and performance. Your remit will span planning, reporting, controls, acquisition integration and finance transformation.
You will develop the team, improve how finance supports the business and help leaders turn financial insight into practical decisions. This requires someone who can contribute to strategy and get into the detail to make change happen.
Your background
You will bring proven finance leadership within TPA, insurance or professional services, with responsibility for a substantial business or division.
Experience integrating acquisitions, improving finance operations and leading teams through change will be important. Private equity experience is highly desirable, alongside experience working with senior leadership in an environment with comparable pace, scrutiny and accountability.

Compensation and location
$275,000 to $325,000 base salary, a 30% target bonus and equity. Remote within the US, with an East Coast preference and approximately 20% travel.
