Sales Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support a growing portfolio of functional beverage and wellness products. This role sits at the center of sales execution, promotional planning, retailer/distributor support, reporting, trade show management, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Manage retailer, distributor, and syndicated data platforms
- Maintain accurate product information, specs, pricing, and retailer/distributor requirements
- Build periodic sales reporting across customer, distributor, broker, and syndicated data platforms
- Own promotional planning execution across retailers & distributors
- Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on samples, packaging updates, inventory, and sales materials
- Lead end-to-end trade show execution, including registration, logistics, booth setup, materials, and post-show follow-up
- Manage national in-store demo and retail activation programs
- Analyze POS and market data to develop sales insights, presentations, and recommendations
- Partner with Finance on promotional analysis, deductions, and post-audit processes
- Travel regularly for trade shows, retail activations, and customer events
What You Bring
- Based in the Dallas, TX area
- 4+ years of relevant experience in natural products, supplements, beverage, or CPG sales operations
- Experience with retailer, distributor, broker, and syndicated data portals
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills
- Hands-on trade show and field activation experience
- ERP experience preferred, NetSuite experience a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-moving growth environment
- Willingness to travel and physically support trade shows, demos, and event setup
