Role Description The Sales Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for collaborating with the sales team through accurate data management, CRM maintenance, reporting, and process optimization to ensure efficient sales growth. Daily activities include preparing sales reports and dashboards, tracking key performance metrics, coordinating order and account information, and assisting with territory alignment and pipeline management. The specialist collaborates closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role also contributes to forecasting, sales planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to support NuSmile’s sales growth objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data interpretation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present information clearly in writing and verbally.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a focus on positive customer and internal stakeholder experiences.
- Candidates should possess sales and sales operations skills, including familiarity with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and order or account administration.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, and problem-solving capabilities are beneficial.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries, and prior work in a sales support or operations role is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
