Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall finance and accounting function.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, risk management, and internal controls.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic business decisions.
- Oversee audits, financial reporting, and stakeholder management.
Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Professional qualification such as CFA, CMA, CA, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- Strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, budgeting, and corporate finance.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
