We have grown significantly over the past years and have reached a key point of commercialisation. Our current demand is too high to continue resting on founder-led sales and we seek experienced support to scale our sales operations function.
As Sales Operations Manager you will design the processes, tools, and reporting that our sales motion runs on, and you will have significant latitude to shape how the function develops as both you and the company grows professionally. You will work closely with our subject matter experts in sales, who bring deep trade compliance domain knowledge to every client conversation. Your job is to give that expertise the structure, data, and operational backbone it needs to convert efficiently and predictably.
Usually our sales process with the target buyer is very effective, so the role will also have a strong focus in supporting each client make the internal business case, by identifying key stakeholders and processes, supporting the building of the business case, and supporting the client through their internal procurement process to signature.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement core sales operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal desk support, and CRM structure
- Build reporting and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics
- Partner with our sales SMEs to ensure operational processes support, rather than slow down, complex enterprise sales cycles
- Establish quoting, contracting, and handoff processes between sales and client advisory
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose structural fixes, not just workarounds
- Support sales strategy growth

What You Bring
- Prior experience in sales operations within trade compliance software, risk analytics tools, or a closely adjacent enterprise software category
- A track record of building or significantly improving sales operations processes, ideally at a company of similar size or stage
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and a preference for building structure rather than inheriting it
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with CRM and sales tooling
- Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich; this role requires an on-site or hybrid presence in our Munich office
