🚀 100% REMOTE CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY: Contract Operations Associate 🚀

Are you a highly organized contract professional or paralegal with 5+ years of experience managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle? If you excel at keeping projects on track and navigating contract management systems, we want to talk to you!

We are seeking a Contract Operations Associate to join an elite, global biotechnology pioneer. This is a full-time, 100% remote contract position offering a stable Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule at a competitive pay rate of $31.04/hr.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Contract Lifecycle: Manage contracts from initial intake and system submission through to final execution, document management, and archiving.
Own the Tech Stack: Coordinate and enter key contract data into enterprise contract management systems (such as Coupa, Determine, or equivalent CLM tools).
Maintain Trackers: Keep operational trackers and repositories flawlessly up-to-date to ensure cross-functional visibility and eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the primary operational point of contact, seamlessly bridging communications between research scientists, legal teams, and senior business operations.

What You Bring:

5+ years of dedicated experience in corporate contract operations, contract administration, or as a corporate paralegal.
Proven expertise utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software (experience with Coupa or Determine is a huge plus!).
Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized tracking habits, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with senior internal stakeholders.
