For our client, we are seeking a Sales Operations Lead AMER to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $230,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with AMER leadership to shape and execute regional strategy
- Support ongoing business rhythms, including forecasting and pipeline management
- Provide actionable insights to regional sales leaders for performance metrics
- Create reports and presentations for sales leadership updates
- Offer hands-on operational support to the AMER sales team
- Enhance sales technology in collaboration with the GTM Systems team
- Embed and maintain global sales processes to ensure strategic execution
- Contribute local insights to global sales and RevOps leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, operations, and analytics, particularly in sales operations for high-growth SaaS firms
- Ability to analyze sales funnels and understand revenue impacts
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling abilities
- Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
- Expertise in Gsheets/Excel and BI tools like Tableau; SQL knowledge preferred
- Solid collaboration skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Effective communicator capable of presenting complex data clearly
- Self-starter with a proactive, builder's mindset
