The Role
This is a founding, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of go-to-market and engineering. You won't just run campaigns or manage a CRM — you'll design and build the GTM stack itself: the automations, data pipelines, outbound systems, and AI-assisted workflows that let a small team generate pipeline like a much bigger one. You'll work directly with the founders, with real autonomy over how GTM gets built at DialNexa from day one.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and own the GTM tech stack — outbound tooling, enrichment pipelines, CRM workflows, and reporting — stitching together APIs and no-code/low-code tools where it's faster than custom builds.
- Turn DialNexa's own voice AI product into a GTM weapon: build automated outbound and follow-up workflows powered by our agents, and use them to prospect, qualify, and book meetings at scale.
- Own GTM data end-to-end — instrument the funnel, build dashboards, and turn call/lead/usage data into clear answers on what's working and what to fix next.
- Run experiments across channels (outbound, partnerships, content, paid) and double down on what returns, using data rather than instinct to prioritize.
- Partner directly with founders on pricing, positioning, and target segments as the GTM motion is still being defined.
- Build the playbooks, dashboards, and reporting cadence that a future GTM/sales team will scale on.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience spanning analytics/consulting and hands-on GTM or growth operations — comfortable moving between spreadsheets, SQL, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong data fluency: SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics or equivalent) used to actually change a decision, not just report a number.
- Direct experience setting up or running GTM systems — outbound tooling, CRM workflows, sales/marketing automation — at a startup or fast-moving team.
- Comfortable working with AI/ML tools and APIs, and genuinely curious about applying them to sales and growth workflows.
- A builder's mindset: someone who'd rather stitch together a working automation this week than wait for a perfect tool next quarter.
- Founder-level ownership and comfort with ambiguity — this role has no playbook yet; you're writing it.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, or telephony/CPaaS products.
- Formal training in startup operations or GTM strategy (e.g., an accelerator, fellowship, or startup-focused program).
- Prior experience at an early-stage (pre-seed/seed) startup where you built something from zero.
