Curadev is a fast‑growing biotech company advancing global clinical programs, based in Noida, India with offices in the UK and the US as well. We are looking for a sharp, high‑ownership Strategic Finance professional to work directly with our CFO.

What You will Do
- Build long‑range financial models & strategic scenarios
- Drive budgeting, forecasting & monthly performance reviews
- Support fundraising, investor diligence & Board reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP as applicable)
- Coordinate external audits and support statutory reporting requirements
- Partner with R&D & Clinical Ops on trial budgets and cost drivers
- Shape global finance architecture (entities, intercompany, TP, FX)
Who You Are
- CA/CPA (required); MBA is a plus
- 3–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting or strategic finance
- Strong modeling + analytical skills
- Experience in biotech/pharma/R&D‑heavy industries is a bonus
- Thrive in a lean, high‑growth, global environment
