Role Description:
The Business Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including order workflow management, coordination with local butcher partners, and ensuring timely deliveries. The specialist will analyze operational performance, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, monitoring service levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics and customer support, and supporting the rollout of new operational initiatives. The role also involves preparing operational reports, helping standardize procedures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.
