Position Responsibilities
The Cloud Business Operations Manager is the operational backbone of the Cloud Leadership Office. This person keeps the leader and the wider organization running smoothly — owning executive operations, driving the team's business rhythm, and leading the culture and engagement programs that bring a 500+-person global team together. It is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and energized by both detail and people.
Leadership Office Operations-
Orchestrate the leader's time, priorities, and engagements — protecting focus, sequencing commitments, and resolving competing demands across a global, multi-time-zone organization (Philippines, India, North America, Europe).
-
Steward the leadership office's financial administration — overseeing expense governance, budget reconciliation, and policy compliance across enterprise systems (Costpoint and related).
-
Own meeting preparation and decision flow — framing agendas and pre-reads, capturing decisions, and driving action items to closure.
-
Coordinate executive travel and engagement logistics for domestic and international commitments.
-
Serve as a trusted gateway to the leadership office, exercising sound judgment and discretion on confidential and sensitive matters.
Rhythm of Business & Organizational Coordination-
Maintain the leadership operating cadence — staff meetings, skip-levels, business reviews, and all-hands.
-
Track cross-team action items, commitments, and goals; follow up to keep initiatives on schedule.
-
Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, recognition programs, status updates, and reporting on behalf of the leadership office.
-
Support AI enablement initiatives and contribute ideas and recommendations that help shape future organizational priorities and Cloud strategy.
-
Help prepare and format leadership materials and presentations to a polished, brand-aligned standard.
Team Building, Culture & Events-
Plan and execute team-building activities, team offsites, and large-scale engagement events — including regional and global gatherings of several hundred attendees.
-
Manage event budgets, venues, vendors, catering, travel, and on-site logistics from concept through execution and post-event wrap-up.
-
Lead recognition and culture initiatives that strengthen morale and connection across a distributed organization.
Qualifications
-
Experience — 5-8+ years in business operations, program coordination, chief-of-staff support, event management, or a comparable role supporting senior leaders.
