We’re looking for a curious, organized, and tech-savvy Business Operations Manager to help improve how our agency operates behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, a graduate student, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience working directly with leadership on AI, business systems and operational improvement. This role is equal parts consultative and executional.
You’ll report to our Head of Finance to help optimize our technology stack, improve workflows, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work so our team can operate more efficiently.

Help improve the integration of our business systems, including HubSpot, Productive, and Google Workspace.

Research, test, and implement AI tools and low-code solutions that improve team productivity.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Document workflows and recommend operational improvements.

Support special projects focused on helping the business scale more effectively.

Collaborate with leadership to define objectives and align on direction while serving as the primary owner responsible for implementation, execution, and driving initiatives through completion.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Curiosity about AI, automation, and business operations.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

Comfortable learning and working with low-code tools and business software.

Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Ability to build workback timelines and manage assigned project work to meet deadlines.
This is a remote, part-time contract role (approximately 10 hours per week) with an initial three-month term. While the position is expected to remain part-time, there is potential to extend the engagement if it’s a great fit.
