About the role
This is a founding GTM role. There's no established pipeline or playbook — you'll build it. You'll work directly with talent acquisition leaders and CHROs to understand what they need, what they'll pay for, and what it takes to turn Tracy from an emerging product into a repeatable business.
This is not a traditional sales role. You'll spend as much time learning as you do selling, leading customer discovery, shaping product direction, and defining our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering, and what you learn in the field will directly change what we build.

What you will do
- Own the GTM motion end-to-end. Run discovery, demos, evaluations, and closing for Tracy across TA and HR leadership buyers — and turn each win and loss into a repeatable play.
- Be the market expert. Develop deep knowledge of recruiting-team pain points, buyer personas (TA leaders, CHROs, heads of hiring), the competitive landscape, and where Qode's "source-and-interview-in-one-loop" wedge creates value others can't match.
- Lead customer discovery. Understand adoption drivers, barriers, and buying motivations. Use real customer interactions to shape product requirements and positioning — you're the bridge between the market and the roadmap.
- Sell to technical and executive stakeholders. Build champions inside recruiting orgs, navigate procurement and security reviews, and lead value-based motions that convert evaluations into adoption.
- Build the business. Help determine not only whether teams will adopt Tracy, but why they buy and what it takes to build a repeatable, scalable GTM around it.
