Overview
We're conducting a search for a high-growth consumer products company in the fitness, nutrition, and supplements space with strong momentum and a compelling turnaround story. After being acquired by a private equity firm, the founder exited the business. Following several years of operational decline under outside ownership, the founder regained majority ownership and launched an aggressive transformation to rebuild the company.
The turnaround has been extremely successful. The brand portfolio has been revitalized, and commercial momentum has accelerated through strategic partnerships, and they now have commitments for distribution with almost every major retailer including international markets.
