Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Revenue Operations team, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to optimize systems, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that help our go-to-market teams scale. The team focuses on building efficient, data-driven operations through CRM administration, reporting, automation, and continuous process improvement.
1. CRM Administration & Sales Operations
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpot to support the Sales organization, including properties, workflows, pipelines, permissions, automations, and integrations.
- Support lead routing, territory management, opportunity administration, forecasting processes, and pipeline management to ensure efficient sales execution.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements that increase team productivity.
- Document sales processes, pipeline definitions, and operational workflows to drive consistency and adoption across the organization.
2. Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, funnel performance, forecasting, and key sales metrics.
- Prepare recurring reports and ad hoc analyses that support business decision-making and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define reporting requirements, maintain consistent metric definitions, and identify opportunities for operational improvement through data.
3. Data Enablement, Automation & AI
- Ensure CRM data remains accurate, reliable, and actionable through ongoing audits, enrichment, and process improvements.
- Manage account and contact enrichment using platforms such as Clay and other data enrichment tools to improve segmentation and reporting quality.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows using HubSpot AI, Claude, Clay, and other emerging technologies to automate repetitive operational tasks and improve team productivity.
- Evaluate new operational tools and technologies, supporting implementation and adoption as the organization continues to scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience administering or working within HubSpot or another CRM platform is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis) and PowerPoint (e.g., building clean, clear presentations).
- Experience building workflows, automations, or process improvements is preferred.
- Familiarity with data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo) or an interest in learning these tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
