Job Title: CFO - Transportation Executive

Salary range: $75,000 - $110,000 (DOE)

Tex-Air Delivery, a 44-year-old trucking company located in Grapevine, TX, is a family owned, Christian based air freight expediting company that is growing by leaps and bounds. To meet the needs of our growing company, we are seeking an CFO with enthusiasm, loves a fast-paced environment and has a sense of humor. One who truly enjoys details, details, details.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· TSA STA Compliance.
· IFTA filings.
· New account setup.
· Manage customer claims.
· Maintain company certificate renewals.
· Manage 401K audit.
· Bank account reconciliations.
· Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
· Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Certified Public Accountant or equivalent experience.
· Experience with QuickBooks is a major plus.
· Air freight knowledge is a major plus.
· Knowledge of Crown Data Systems is a plus.
· Proven experience in compliance, preferably in fields such as DOT, customs and TSA.
· Claims, credit limits, new account set-up, tariff maintenance and 401K knowledge.
· Strong Microsoft Suite experience [Excel, Outlook, Word].
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· Strong multi-tasking ability.
· Strong work ethics (punctuality and dependability).
· Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
· Will train in areas lacking but must have the ability to learn quickly.
