Coldwell Banker Select, Realtors is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Operations Assistant at our Erie Office.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to managing office real estate listings including active and pending files, working with real estate software and the Multiple Listing Service.
- Manage client service tasks including directing incoming inquiries and assisting with client questions and concerns.
- Manage daily closing files to ensure all files are prepared properly for each individual agent.
- Manage daily incoming commissions as files close.
- Compile data and create reports in a timely manner in order to meet reporting deadlines
- Assist with lead allocation and follow up.
- Assist with Accounting tasks as assigned.
- Travel to other offices within Erie County to cover for vacations, provide additional assistance to existing admins and agents, etc.
- Assist agents with marketing.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong computer skills with adaptability to various software programs
- Precise time management skills
- Thrive with multi-tasking
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and ability to use Quickbooks.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and to go above and beyond to help a team of sales associates meet their objectives.
- InDesign, Adobe and Canva experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
