We are now looking for a Business Operations Manager to work directly with our Founder & CEO to help build the next stage of our business.
This is not a traditional operations role. It is an opportunity to become a key leader within the business, with a genuine pathway towards Head of Operations / COO as the company continues to grow.
About the Role
As Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operational performance of the business while ensuring projects, people and systems continue to improve as we scale.
You will gradually take ownership of internal operations, allowing the CEO to focus on business strategy, growth, partnerships and expansion.
The first three months will involve close mentoring and handover from the Founder. After that, we expect you to confidently lead the operational side of the business with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
- Manage CRM operations, including commission processing and operational reporting.
- Ensure operational consistency across all business functions.
Offshore Operations
- Lead our Philippines offshore operations team.
- Conduct weekly operational meetings with offshore Team Leaders across Client Service, Loan Support and Settlement.
- Improve communication, accountability and team performance.
Marketing & Business Projects
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver company campaigns, events and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful execution.
- Track project progress and keep teams accountable.
Technology & AI
- Work with our IT development team to implement new CRM features, workflow improvements and AI tools.
- Translate business requirements into practical system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
People & Office Operations
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for operational and administration roles.
- Oversee HR administration and internal operations.
- Lead the Office Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day office management.
Process Improvement
- Build, document and continuously improve company workflows and SOPs.
- Drive consistency in client service standards across the business.
- Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Administration & Finance Support
- Manage company subscriptions, operational expenses and supplier relationships.
- Support day-to-day operational accounting and payment administration.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain efficient business operations.
About You

Salary
$120,000 – $150,000 + Super
Salary will be based on capability, leadership potential and experience.
We care more about attitude, ownership and learning ability than simply years of experience.
