Now Hiring: Controller / CFO | Odessa, TX
I'm partnering on a confidential search for a Controller / CFO to join a rapidly growing organization with $80M+ in annual revenue and projections to reach $100M–$150M in the near future.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who wants to make a significant impact during an exciting period of growth, including the implementation of a new ERP system and the move into a brand-new facility.
What we're looking for:
- 8–15 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience leading accounting teams and improving financial processes
- ERP implementation experience is a plus (NetSuite preferred)
- Hands-on leader with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and drive
