As the first dedicated Growth & GTM Lead at Ergo, you will own the end-to-end funnel for a YC-backed AI startup. Reporting directly to the founders, you will design GTM strategies, execute high-leverage experiments, and build scalable systems. This role is perfect for a high-agency builder ready to drive predictable growth from the ground up.

What You Will Do
- Model and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention metrics to build a predictable, scalable growth engine for the Ergo platform.
- Launch multi-channel experiments across outbound sequences, viral content, community programs, and paid tests to identify high-leverage growth levers.
- Create compelling positioning, messaging, and sales enablement collateral that resonates deeply with sales and RevOps leaders in the AI market.
The ideal candidate
- Has 1-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, preferably at the Seed or Series A stage.
- Demonstrates a high-agency mindset with the ability to turn scrappy, messy experiments into repeatable, automated programs that drive revenue.
- Thrives in a high-intensity, in-person culture in San Francisco and is comfortable working closely with a young, fast-moving founding team.
