Role Description

The Business Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Northborough, MA. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing business operations through workflow coordination, operational analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

The specialist will analyze operational data, monitor performance metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance productivity and service quality. The role collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve business processes, maintain operational documentation, support business systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze business operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports and dashboards.
Support business process analysis, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document operational procedures, workflows, and business processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Support implementation and improvement of business systems, CRM, and ERP platforms.
Prepare reports and presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Assist leadership with data-driven insights to improve business performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure consistency of operational processes.

Qualifications

Strong Business Operations and Business Analysis skills to manage workflows, document processes, and support continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Experience with operational reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM, ERP systems, and business productivity tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
