Your role
As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights, communication, and solutions to customer facing teams. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, focusing on data and analytics and supporting of new capabilities such as CPQ, and Data Warehouse. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases and reports/queries in analytics software such as Tableau and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse) and ensure any reporting is vetted and approved before releasing to other departments.
- Become subject matter expert in reporting tools and usage and user data including nuances of source data and interpretation. Develop education/communication materials and training sessions to ensure end users are properly and effectively utilizing tools and the data contained within.
- Support pipeline management, lead management and forecasting to ensure that sales and customer success teams maintain discipline in keeping opportunity data complete and updated.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that support the needs of sales, customer success, and other teams as needed. Become a go to resource for Salesforce recurring and ad hoc needs.
- Analyze and make recommendations for maximizing revenue from existing customers, including cross selling and renewal support. Provide insights for growing companies, at risk clients, and downsell/termination analysis.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define and communicate important business definitions to Sales and Customer Success teams
- Change management: Support CPQ, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, and Data lake implementations. Assist team with evaluating definitions, processes, and rules. Support rollout and education of the solutions to end users.
- Data Driven Insights: Proactively provide insights on customer sales performance, product usage, retention, churn and business processes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology or relevant work experience
- Collaborative: Excellent verbal and written communication to work effectively across teams
- Problem Solver: Creative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking team member.
- Team player: Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and emphasized importance on accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools such as Knime, SQL, Grafana and Python
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau
Compensation:
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. British Columbia - Base Salary Range:
$65,000—$80,000 CAD
