Your role:
As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights, communication, and solutions to customer facing teams. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales, focusing on data and analytics and supporting of new capabilities such as CPQ, and Data Warehouse. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Your responsibilities:
- Support CPQ Implementation: Understand current team processes, team future state desires, and functionality of system. Assist with developing process and system rules and migrating current price books to new CPQ product SKUs
- Assist Sales and Customer Success with understanding usage data definitions and sources to aid in supporting their commercial strategies
- Understand the needs/use cases internally and for external purposes of usage, data sources available, and any limitations. Communicate with various teams to drive consensus on the feasibility of using the data and record agreed definitions for circulation
- Work with Finance to build, use, and maintain databases and reporting in analytics software such as Tableau and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse) and ensure any reporting is vetted and approved before releasing to other departments
- Work cross-functionally between various teams to create ad hoc usage and or consumption reporting to support Sales negotiations and Finance with billing reconciliations
- Partner with Sales Operations & Customer Success Operations to collaborate on any reporting or cross-functional projects
- Maintain fresh and current data on the wiki for billing definitions and other revenue operations activities
- Research, evaluate, and request agreed upon Salesforce modifications and new product additions/price book updates
About you:
- Practical working knowledge of Revenue Operations, with prior experience in sales operations, revenue management, budget planning and product analytics.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Revenue Operations role, ideally within a SaaS business.
- Solid business acumen and confidence in presentation in field, corporate and market situations.
- Refined skills with Excel, Miro, Salesforce, Tableau, and Data Analytics Warehouses.
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to thrive in fast moving, fast growth entrepreneurial environment, have a ‘solution based’ mind set, and be proactive in driving improvements to processes and systems.
Compensation:Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background. The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. We provide a comprehensive extended health benefits program, including virtual healthcare and a wellness allowance. Employees also receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure. British Columbia - Base salary range: $55,000 CAD - $80,000 CAD
