Position Summary
Excel Tek Incorporated is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead the Company's U.S. sales strategy for IT services and digital transformation offerings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the Company's U.S. sales strategy for IT services and digital transformation offerings.

Develop structured sales forecasting models, revenue-tracking mechanisms, and margin-analysis frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth planning.

Guide commercial negotiations for high-value, multi-service IT contracts.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and manage key client engagements.

Ensure accurate reporting, governance, and compliance across sales operations.

Work closely with top leadership to align sales plans with financial goals.

Travel within USA is required.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Twelve (12) months of experience as a Director, Officer, Principal, Manager, Consultant, or a related occupation.
