Position Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist will execute and optimize day-to-day revenue operations, including Order-to-Cash processes, pipeline management, CRM and ERP enhancements, GPU resource operations, contract and billing operations, and sales performance analytics.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and leveraging AI to automate operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Native Order-to-Cash Process Automation
- Execute and improve AI-assisted Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows across Salesforce, ERP, and internal operational systems.
- Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to streamline operational processes and reduce manual work.
- Support contract processing, order creation, invoicing, customer onboarding, and revenue operations activities.
- Support contract administration including contract review, amendments, renewals, execution tracking, and order validation.
- Coordinate customer billing, invoice validation, payment tracking, and account reconciliation to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and customers to resolve contract, billing, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting records.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
- Support pipeline management, sales forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Review customer accounts, contracts, opportunities, and orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline reviews and reporting.
Revenue Data Infrastructure
- Build and maintain the data foundation supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Executive reporting.
- Design scalable data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across CRM, ERP, and operational systems.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting pipelines for forecasting, sales performance tracking, and business planning.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across commercial systems.
CRM & ERP Enhancement
- Support Salesforce administration, enhancement, and user adoption.
- Assist with CRM and ERP implementation, integration, and process improvements.
- Perform data imports, validation, cleanup, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
GPU Resource Planning & Capacity Management
- Maintain GPU inventory, customer allocation, deployment records, and resource utilization reports.
- Track GPU reservations, available capacity, and customer utilization.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Delivery teams to align resource availability with customer commitments.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes, customer contracts, billing operations, invoice reconciliation, and commercial operations.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross-functional communication.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
- Experience with AI productivity and workflow automation tools.
- Experience supporting cloud services, AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, or data center businesses.
