Growth & GTM Lead — Early-Stage Startup (via Juicy Lemons)

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-moving, investor-backed startup that's still writing its own rulebook and needs someone who wants to help write it
.This isn't a role where you execute someone else's roadmap. You'll sit close to the founders, get real visibility into strategy, and be trusted to make calls on how the company reaches its market, which channels to bet on, what to test next, and how to turn early signal into repeatable growth
.
Day to day, you'l
- l:Drive go-to-market from strategy through execution — picking segments, channels, and approaches, then owning the result
- s.Wire together outbound, inbound, ABM, content, and paid acquisition into one system that compounds rather than competes with itsel
- f.Treat growth like a series of experiments: form a hypothesis, ship it fast, measure honestly, kill what doesn't wor
- k.Keep the revenue stack (CRM, email tooling, data hygiene, attribution) clean enough to trus
- t.Write and refine the messaging that goes into campaigns, working closely with whoever owns positionin
- g.Get on calls with real prospects, sell, close, and feed what you learn back into a playbook others can eventually ru

- ce.3+ years doing growth, GTM, revenue ops, or a technical sales-adjacent role, ideally in B2B or B2B
- 2C.A track record of testing GTM ideas fast and knowing when to double down or drop th
