ABOUT iFLT
iFLT is building the first environmental infrastructure for nervous system regulation. The device reads heart rate signals from a standard wearable and responds with a slow, breathing-paced light pattern that helps the body shift out of a stressed state. No app, decision, or effort required.
iFLT is not a wellness category. We position the product deliberately alongside heating, lighting, ventilation, and water: as infrastructure, not a lifestyle object. This distinction is non-negotiable. Across product, language, and brand.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a commercial co-founder to take full ownership of go-to-market. From the Kickstarter launch through pricing to building recurring revenue via a subscription layer and sales into workplaces and longevity venues. This is not a marketing support role; it carries full revenue and positioning ownership at the co-founder level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Kickstarter launch: campaign structure, pricing tiers (Early Bird / Standard / Retail), goals, and timeline, coordinated with production and certification.
— Positioning & tone: keeping our language precise and grounded across every channel — no wellness, mindfulness, or esoteric framing.
— Growth strategy: building the waitlist (target: 200–400 signups by December 2026) and directing content on TikTok/Instagram in partnership with the founder.
— Business model expansion: developing the subscription offering and B2B sales into wellness spaces, clinics, corporate settings, and hospitality.
— Partnerships: building relationships with research institutions and amplifiers.
— Fundraising support: co-shaping pitch narrative and investor communication, building on the existing pitch deck.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Demonstrated experience building the GTM function for a hardware or health-tech product, ideally including a crowdfunding campaign
— Background in a CBDO, CFO, or comparable commercial leadership role
— Ability to translate what the product actually does into clear, credible communication, without slipping into wellness language
— Working understanding of how CE certification affects timing and communication, not as a core competency in itself
— Experience with subscription or recurring-revenue models in a hardware context
— Based in Munich or able to be on-site regularly
WHAT WE OFFER
— Co-founder equity stake (terms discussed in person)
— Full decision-making authority over GTM strategy and Kickstarter architecture
— A product grounded in solid, peer-reviewed science rather than a wellness trend
— Direct collaboration with the founder and technical co-founder, with short decision paths
To apply: Send a short note on why this is the right fit, plus examples of prior GTM or Kickstarter work, to maria@iflt.space. We respond personally.
