Rental & Leasing Sales Manager

Responsibilities
The Rental & Leasing Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our client’s direct rental and leasing business across North America, managing the full rental and leasing lifecycle. This includes everything from initial customer requests and quoting through order entry, contracts, renewals, and credits, while optimizing equipment utilization and return on investment.
As the primary customer contact, this role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers to ensure a seamless experience and drive business growth. Success in this position requires strong business and financial acumen, a customer-first mindset, urgency, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. The role includes approximately 20% travel for customer visits and industry events.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience (3–5 years)
● 3–5 years of technical sales or related experience preferred
● Experience with CRM and ERP systems
● Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and engage stakeholders at multiple levels
● Experience with high-voltage test and measurement equipment is an asset

● Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
● Financial and business acumen, including: lease-to-own structures, rental agreements, billing, credits, and ROI/utilization analysis
● Knowledge of fleet management and logistics
