About The Role
We are building the founding Revenue Operations team at Aurasell. This is a high-impact hybrid role spanning internal GTM systems strategy and customer implementation and onboarding.
Your Work Will Focus On Two Core Missions:
- Customer Zero: Build and operate Aurasell’s internal GTM system — designing AI-powered workflow automation, and operational best practices.
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders at customer organizations to implement Aurasell, and ensure successful onboarding.
This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Systems Architecture, Solutions Architecture, and Technical Customer Success.
What You’ll Do
GTM Product & Strategy Leader (Customer Zero)
- Master the Aurasell platform, including GTM use cases, and its AI-native workflow engine
- Configure our internal customer zero system to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency
- Translate operational needs from the team and customers into clear product feedback for the R&D team
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems as needed to measure GTM team performance
Customer Onboarding & Strategic Partnership (Customer Operations)
- Lead RevOps and GTM leaders through their implementation and onboarding journey, aligned to key use cases. Teach customers to fish.
- Solve implementation challenges and drive use-case adoption, in partnership with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product Managers, and the Account Team
- Capture customer insights, and influence product development
- Build dashboards and workflows to measure and manage customer onboarding stage and health
- Develop scalable onboarding playbooks and enablement processes
What You Bring
- Strong familiarity with the GTM technology stack. You have implemented and reconfigured your solution stack internally, or for clients, and built automation workflows.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven business systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on builder/owner mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Experience
- CRM administration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Workflow / integration platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
- Startup and scale-up experience
- Product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog)
Location
- Bay Area: In-office work culture in Aurasell’s San Mateo HQ (3+ days)
- East Coast: Remote, with up to 25% travel
