Your Role & Responsibilities
As one of our first Go-To-Market hires, you will work directly with our CSO and founding team. You will act as an entrepreneurial force multiplier, driving our most critical commercial operations and growth efforts from 0-to-1.
- Design & Drive the GTM Motion: You will double down on winning new enterprise customers by cracking our Go-To-Market strategy. Together with the CSO, you will define exactly how we approach, land & expand in complex organizations, and develop compelling business cases that demonstrate quantifiable ROI. You are not just executing a playbook - you are writing it.
- Expand Partnerships & Market Presence: You build our commercial ecosystem and drive our market positioning. You strategically establish alliances with partners and industry leaders, and leverage our customer successes to build a powerful external brand and industry presence.
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team: You act as the critical link between the market and our technical delivery. You work closely with our FDE team throughout the sales process to deeply understand and extract the customer's core business logic, taking full responsibility for a seamless handover with the FDE team to build the perfect agentic solution.
- Maximize our Efficiency with AI: You are obsessed with leverage. You achieve maximal internal efficiency by creatively applying AI for our Go-To-Market motion. By strategically building and improving this scalable infrastructure, you act as a force multiplier for our entire GTM team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You are a commercial athlete who combines sharp business intuition with a profound bias for action. You thrive on autonomy, act as an entrepreneur, and aren’t afraid to dive deep into the operational trenches.
- Structured Problem-Solving: You hold a degree from a top-tier business university and bring 0-2 years of high-performance experience (e.g., top-tier strategy consulting, VC or a hyper-growth startup). You have strong analytical foundations, take pride in crafting high-quality work and excel at communicating solutions clearly.
- Fast Learner & AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely excited about AI. You don't need to write code, but you absorb complex business and technical concepts at high speed and know how to translate them into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take radical ownership of your projects, thrive in ambiguity, and have a "get-it-done" mindset. You know when to deliver and when to polish, driving our Go-To-Market motion forward without waiting for a perfect roadmap.
- Customer Obsession & Communication: You are obsessed with winning new business and love being on the front lines. You are an excellent communicator (German & English) and are comfortable traveling occasionally, leading discovery calls, and navigating high-stakes conversations with both technical counterparts and C-level executives.
