Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GTM role based in Waterloo, ON. The GTM team member will be responsible for driving product adoption and revenue growth across target financial institutions, including identifying and qualifying prospects, managing pipelines, and supporting the full sales cycle. Day-to-day work will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine value propositions, creating and delivering demos, and gathering feedback to inform positioning and pricing. The role includes developing go-to-market strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders on both the buy-side and sell-side. This position requires close collaboration with leadership to prioritize markets, refine messaging, and execute data-driven GTM experiments.
Qualifications
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing for B2B SaaS or AI products.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer success within financial services or enterprise software.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including comfort with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Knowledge of institutional investing, research workflows, or financial data platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and owning initiatives from concept through execution.
