Role Description The Business Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business processes, including tracking operational performance, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements. The specialist will analyze data and business activities to support planning, reporting, and decision-making, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with business goals. Daily work includes preparing operational reports, supporting business analysis, documenting procedures, and contributing to the implementation of new tools or processes. The role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and providing basic customer service support when needed to uphold service quality.
