Key Responsibilities For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, audit coordination, and cost control initiatives.
- Manage treasury activities and banking relationships.
- Direct insurance programs and vendor relationships, including workers’ compensation and fleet coverage.
- Partner with executive leadership on operational and strategic financial initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 6 in accounting
Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a hands-on environment.
- Strong background in accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and operational finance.
- Experience managing banking and insurance relationships and negotiations.
