Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline quoting and pricing workflows.
- Facilitate change management initiatives by communicating updates and training end-users on new processes.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the sales cycle.
- Develop strategic plans for Salesforce CPQ enhancements that support long-term business goals.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of CPQ initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ systems, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 14 years as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant or in a similar role with hands-on configuration skills.
- Strong analysis skills combined with expertise in business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in change management and managing stakeholder expectations during system transitions.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and management consulting practices related to sales technology solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to coordinate complex initiatives effectively.
- Excellent research capabilities to stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices.
- Business consulting experience with a focus on driving growth through technology-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
